Private Villa

Intrinsic to Arabic culture and habits, the separation of spaces between men and women is a reality and a principle applied not only to communal areas, but also to their homes.

Developed for a particular client, Villa is a residential interior design project that comprises the composition of communal environments (halls, living and dining rooms), with separation of three types of zones: for men, women and mixed for all the family.

With a clear western influence, the simple and modern lines merge with neutral and metallic tones, resulting in sober and opulent environments.

The interior décor is masculine, with Italian lines, dominated by luxury and extravagance in the social areas.

Spaces are large and open, and the goal is to create a unique visual communication in the various rooms of the residence.
