French multinational Altran, world leader in engineering and industrial consulting, has renewed the back office area of one of its three centers in Portugal, in Vila Nova de Gaia.
In an open space concept, the new office proposes the creation of areas without zone limitation, with space sharing and without walls or partitions. This way, employees can work freely in the office area they want without having a fixed workplace.
Meeting business needs and increasing employee productivity, creativity and proactivity, the project creates warm, harmonious and motivational environments.
The Portuguese artist Mr. Dheo brought the street art touch and personality to one of the walls by painting a graffiti with references to the city of Oporto and to the work developed at Altran’s back office.
With urban, informal and relaxed influences, the office decoration was enhanced with bright colors, present in furniture and textile.
